Her experience spans the full lifecycle of grant work, from opportunity scanning and concept development through proposal planning, implementation support, and outcome reporting.

Skye has a J.D. and a Masters in Environmental Law & Policy from Vermont Law School. With 15 years of experience leading teams in higher education, nonprofits, and public-private partnerships, she brings both legal fluency and operational experience to each engagement. Her work is grounded in clear communication, thoughtful collaboration, and a strategic approach to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
